If you care about weight, be sure to include spinach in your diet. It is low in calories: 100 g to 23 kcal. In addition, the potassium and B vitamins in it participate in the burning of carbohydrates and fats and accelerate metabolism. Green leaves are especially recommended for pregnant women. The folic acid contained in them prevents defects of the fetal nervous system. In addition, it protects against cardiovascular diseases. Spinach is also rich in vitamin K, playing an important role in blood clotting, B vitamins lowering cholesterol and vitamin E, essential for delaying aging processes.

Salad with raw spinach

The main ingredients: 30 g fresh young spinach leaves 1/3 of oil or delicate olive oil, salt and pepper 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar Parmesan cheese in a piece 5 dkg of dried tomatoes 10 dkg of pine nuts

Preparation: Thoroughly rinse the spinach under running water, cut the hard tails and cut the larger leaves in half. Prepare the sauce: oil or olive oil mixed with vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped finely-dried tomatoes. Put the spinach into a bowl, mix thoroughly with seasoned sauce, then with pine nuts and grated parmesan on very thick meshes.

The salad tastes great as an addition to chicken dishes, preferably grilled. I recommend it, because it is very tasty and exquisite, it is suitable for the most sophisticated parties :-))) Raw spinach leaves are very tasty and this salad is eaten by even the most fiercest enemies! Attention! The oil gives the salad a more delicate flavour, while even the most delicate olive oil has a characteristic taste, which is why I recommend this salad with oil, not oil!

Enjoy your meal!
